GREEN FEE CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before your date of play, you will not
receive a refund of your green fee payment. If you cancel or reduce numbers of
your booking 7 days or less from your date of play you will incur a £20 per player
charge.
Deposits for cancellations less than 7 days before your date of play are nonrefundable. Any cancellation within 24 hours of your tee time will incur a full
green fee charge.
OPEN COMPETITIONS CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you are entering an open competition the full price will be deducted from your
credit/debit card immediately. Refunds will only be granted if notice is given more
than 14 days from date of competition.
FAILURE TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING:
If you fail to cancel your booking, you will not receive any refund.
COURSE CLOSED:
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g.
bad weather), you will receive a credit to re-book.
